Step 1 — Introductory Advisory Discussion (No Fee)
A complimentary 45-minute virtual discussion to understand your context, clarify objectives, and assess mutual fit. There is no obligation.
Step 2 — One-to-One Advisory Engagement
If appropriate, a tailored advisory engagement is agreed.
The four or six hours of virtual advisory time that constitute an engagement can be scheduled in segments of two hours within six months following the initial meeting, ensuring continuity of context and decision relevance.
Segments are intentionally structured and spaced to allow time between conversations for evidence review, internal alignment, and reflection, ensuring that guidance informs decisions rather than accelerates activity.
Additional advisory time may be agreed if required.
All discussions are treated as strictly confidential.
Advisory engagements are non-fiduciary and do not constitute board membership or executive responsibility.
